Yes, Ashley Builders Group, Drees Homes and Fischer Homes each have Riverview Lots and will build single family detached homes. 


What amenities are planned for Sanctuary Village? 

The centerpiece of the neighborhood will be the Town Center which will feature a community center and exercise facility. In addition, there are scenic walking trails, a lovely park with gazeboa delightful lake, sparkling swimming pool with a grand view of the Ohio River, a riverview deck and adjoining pickle ball courts. 


When will home construction begin? 

Target Date is Fall 2020 


Are there any cottages or townhomes planned? 

Yes. Attached cottages and townhomes will be offered, along with custom homes,  in Sanctuary Village. These homes through the HOA will offer expanded services for low maintenance living.
