The centerpiece of the neighborhood will be the Town Center which will feature a community center and exercise facility. In addition, there are scenic walking trails, a lovely park with gazeboa delightful lake, sparkling swimming pool with a grand view of the Ohio River, a riverview deck and adjoining pickle ball courts. 

 

When will home construction begin?
